I just got Force Factor (increases the bodies Nitric Oxide) and am using a creatine supplement. Would it be ok to take both at the same time?

I’ve heard a couple spoonfulls of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) can neutralize lactic acid and improve a runner’s time. I also have “amino vital”, an amino acids powder that’s supposed to increase performance. Would it be bad to take both of these? Should I choose only one?Since I already bought the Amino Acids, would it hurt to take them both?

I thought I remembered hearing nausea was caused by a defeciency in a particular vitamin or mineral, but I can’t remember what it was. Maybe one of the B vitamins, but I am really not sure. It would come in handy to know what do to for my terrible nausea. Thanks!

I have my Ph. D. in Natural Health. So many people come to me saying they had tried this supplement or that herb and got no results. People need to know what to look for, questions to ask, and how to determine if they really need a nutraceutical. People are throwing their money away by going to health food store and buying just “whatever” looks good or what they heard would help. Nutraceuticals are natural molecules that have real research behind them to know they cause a pharmaceutical effect. They must be active molecules and processed properly or they have no value to them. This is an area that the average person needs some knowledge about for their own health. I’m 15 and I weigh about 120 pounds, im 5’2. I do not look like i weigh that much because i am a dancer and have a very large amount of muscle in my legs and arms. Ive heard that acai berries can help shed extra pounds, and i was wondering if anyone has ever tried it. I do not have very much fat but i would like to slim up a little bit without gaining anymore muscle.

This is mainly a math question. I read somewhere that our bodies need at least . 03 mg of iodine a day. What does 150 mcg equate to? Thanks!

I have a 2yr old filly, whom I just got about a month ago. Our pasture is really muddy due to the unforgiving winter we just had. I have been noticing that she has been really tenderfooted, and the ferrier said she had soft hooves, he said to use iodine, but from what I have read, that doesn’t seem to work well for many people. I was wondering if hoof boots along with supplements would be good for her?

Ok I’m 16 years old, about 5’7” and have a little extra body fat on me. Although I am losing this from where I’m growing taller. This also happened to my brother and he is very skinny. I lift quite often and do legit lifting. What supplements will help me trim down the fat, grow big muscle, and also what would be a good nitric oxide to use that works well and tastes alright. Also maybe something that prevents soreness the day after. Should have specified. . . . . I weigh about 128 pounds
