My doc advised me to take them and I did with my other 2 pregnancies but this time around, when I take them, I feel so sick. I havent been taking them for a few weeks now because I get so sick from them. Are they absolutely necessary? Am I harming my baby or depriving “her/him” of anything by not taking them? I plan to ask my doc anout this when I go back in 1 1/2 weeks but I am just looking for other parents advice and opinions. Thanks.
