I get that products such as Extenze are a hoax. But I’m talking about bottles of ginseng, yohimbe, damiana, and ginkgo biloba pills that you would get at the health store or whatever: they are not listed as male enhancement pills obviously. If nothing else you’ll have a healthy prostate at least. . . but would the combination of these herbal supplements taken over an elongated period of time permanently and safely increase your penis size?

My son is being evaluated for Marfan syndrome, due to some physical traits he has (he’s very tall & thin, has some chest malformation), and also because it runs in my family. I’ve read that certain foods, such as asparagus, can help build collagen (fibrillin), since if you have Marfan’s, or something similar, you don’t make as much of this. Are there other foods? How about natural/herbal supplements?
I was wondering if any one knows of a site or book, that tests and reports on the purity of herbal supplements. How do we know which brands are best, and have the amounts of product they claim to have?
