I bought the Amino Acid BCAA 2200 gel capsules. It says to take 4 after workout and for before work out for better result. The girl who sold it to me said I should take one before work out. what is the best intake on that one. The L-glutanmine which is different from glucosamin i guess is suppose to be for muscle replenishment? One last, Creatine , is there any side effect to that and when should that be taken. I did nt take it some 10 years ago because of the side affect rumors but since a lot of people are taking it and still in the market i am thinking i should as well. I have been working out for few years on and off and no results.
looking for a good supplement for my horse as it is 13 yrs old. (im not talking about grain) I’m refering to something that has more of what they need for that age, minerals, vitamins, 12:12? something. I use sho glo now but I noticed it lacks somethings that an older horse should have, what about daily 73? mineral block instead of salt block or both? what about omega 3?(thinking about getting something with magnesium and glucosamin added with the MSM i give her now. )she gets sho glo MSM and she has apple cider vinagar, energy equine fat supplement. and coilidal silver (love that stuff)I seen that at my feed store and thought well hell I might give it a try but i didnt want to mix it with what she gets now. . . I think I might go ahead and try that too since she is thin in the rear end of her. oh yeah she doesnt really need the energy part though ahah, but she does need t gain and maintain a bit. she isnt on glucosemin. I was thinking about putting her on something glucosemin/msm/magnesium based. with nothing else in it. no devils claw. She never had any supplements or nutrition she just got fed hay, when I got her she was on the thin side her butt is thin and she is a bit hippy, she needs weight on her and her coat is dull, I wanted to see her get the best natural supplement not people freaking out because im supplementing her to much. I have owned her 3 wks now and she is comming along, but since she wasnt really fed well at her last place I feel shes missed out on good nutrition and want to build her back up slowly. her teeth are good and no she is NOT old but with the way she was kept before isnt how I work, and I want the best for this horse. but never mind I found a great answer to my question

Took my 3 year old dog to the vet yesterday and while we were there mentioned that he licked around his penis quite often. They took a urine sample and found white cells in it, she came back and said they wanted an ultra sound done and then she said he would have to be castrated, as it was most likely the prostate and it could cause trouble with his kidneys. They haven’t even got the results from the cultivate urine test yet and they have already made their minds up what it is. . The vet just rode over whatever we said to get her way. My dog eats Glucosamin and I would like to know if that could case the white cells showing in his urine. He was also very stressed, there was a bitch on heat that had been in that room, and also a couple of bitches on our road. Can stress cause this with the urine?Seeing all she did was check a urine sample I don’t think there could be much to go on. She had only seen him once before and there wasn’t any tests done then either. They used a plastic bag under him and tied around his middle to collect the urine sample. Haven’t heard of anyone using a plastic bag before. The ultra sound hasn’t been done yet, we thought it better to wait to see what happens with the urine cultivation sample first.
We have a seven year old great pyrenees who has been on traditional kibbled food his whole life. We just bought an AKC female German Shepherd puppy who was already weaned to a raw diet. My pyr has been getting more and more arthrititc and has been eating less, so I have switched him to a raw diet too. Now, much to my joy, he is a greedy eater and already has a thicker, softer hide, and seems to have more “life” in him again. I’ve gleaned about 7 articles and recipes to come up with this master list of ingredients. I would like to submit these ingredients and get feedback from other raw food enthusiasts to make sure they are acceptable for both a puppy and arthritic senior. Keep in mind, not all of these end up in every batch every time, but usually about 90% based on what we have on hand. Meats:73/27 beef (would like a leaner grind, but I buy the 5 pound “tubes” and that’s all the store has)Ground turkeyBeef/chicken liversgizzards and chicken heartsbeef kidneycanned salmonSteamed:Carrotsmustard green (finely chopped)collard green (finely chopped)spinach (finely chopped)celerygarlicFresh:ParsleycucumberDairy:Cottage cheese (puppy only)raw eggsBones (for the senior dog):Beef bonesBeef neck bonesMarrow bonesSupplements:2000mg Glucosamin / 1600mg Chondroitin (for senior dog, weight 130 pounds) I am curious for feedback on additional ingredients, dangerous combinations, and ingredients that ought to be removed. Also, what kind of bones should I give the puppy?Oh, I also forgot we steam sweet potato and mix it in as well. I am curious, what other vegetables are good for dogs?I am curious about how much liver is too much. I usually mix one pound of ground beef, a one pound container of liver, one beef kidney (about a pound), and a half pound of chicken hearts for the meat composition. In the full mix about 15 – 20% of the food weight could be credited to liver. The site says no more than “three servings of liver a week” but fails to define a serving, and also fails to define a weight ratio. I need more information on this
